Remembering Mandy Kelly from Worshipful Living

Tuesday, March 21, started like any other day around our house. I got the kids off to school and came home to do some work.  Around 9:30 a member of our Facebook Mastermind Group (a group of about 10 Christian women bloggers that support one another through blogging and life) posted that she'd seen some chatter on Mandy's Facebook profile and wanted to see how we could pray for her.  It wasn't 20 minutes later that we all realized what was going on... Mandy, her husband Scott, and their … {Read More}

I get it…

...or atleast what God has allowed me to understand!Over the past couple of days (really 2.5 years) I have questioned my not being able to conceive. And, you know what, I'm tired of talking about this. I'm tired of sounding like a broken record. But, I put a lot of thought (most of the time) into what I post here...and I feel like this may help someone today...I've come to realize that, although … {Read More}

Trinidad

I figured since I hadn't posted pictures in a while, that I would post some pictures of Q's trip to Trinidad...(I'm not very blog savvy so forgive the long line of pictures!) Q loved his time in Trinidad. When he got home I asked him if he was glad to be back. He said, "I'm happy to see my family, but I'd rather be there." Wow, he really enjoyed the simple-ness of life in a 3rd world country. This … {Read More}

A post about the time God asked me to pray all night, and a verse that tells us Jesus did.

“Pray All Night”

These are the words I heard last night as I layed down to go to sleep. It started out with not being able to fall asleep, an uneasiness in my spirit, and then I heard/felt something say, "Pray all night..." Never have I felt this way and never have I prayed all night.... This brings back the story of Q and his college roomate, who happened to be from Venezuela. He came to college with his … {Read More}
