I guess I left all of you wondering if we survived camping with the youth…we did!
It was a great night and we didn’t freeze to death!!! I enjoy times like these with our youth where we are able to spend time outside of the normal time together. It allows us to truly pour our lives into them.
On a side note, Q and I have been listening to Leonard Ravenhill the past couple of days. If you get a chance, look him up on YouTube. He’s a great “old” pastor that “tells you like it is”!
Anyway, listening to him last night made me think of a video that we showed the youth a while back. The video was from the “How Great is Our God Tour” and the speaker was Louie Giglio. Now, if you’ve never heard Giglio speak…he’s dynamic!! Anyway, I want to post a part of this video….take a look….
Now, to think that God made us with the cross “holding us together”…does that not blow you away!!? And to think that we question God’s sovereignty and ability to provide for all of our needs!
Lord, thank you for fearfully and wonderfully making me. Help me to continue to live a lifestyle that would show how awesome You are…in every aspect of my life. Help me to believe in Your mighty power, grace, love, and will for my life. I pray that my actions would display Your cross…because it’s all that matters!
