These sounds delicious! Our favorite go to quick and easy meal is chicken quesadillas. I always keep pre-cooked grilled chicken strips in the freezer. So we warm them up in some salsa on the stove and then use them in quesadillas, stuffed with cheese, avocado and refried beans. They are super easy and my kids love them.
