I think you all know how important foster care and adoption are to our family. We started our journey to children back in 2009 through our local foster care system. God had other plans for our family, so we weren’t ever able to foster, but our hearts have always been drawn to sharing Christ’s love with this broken system. And if you’ve been around here any length of time, you know that I love Jennifer from A Divine Encounter! Put those two together and I couldn’t help but feature her post, 21 Things I Love About Fostering.

I think it’s important to foster because we spread love and positivity in the process.
Christie, I just came across this feature – I had no idea, and I can’t tell you how honored I am! Thank you so much. I pray that many more Christ-following families will develop a heart for foster care and/or adoption.
