7 Daily Essentials for Anyone!

Hello, there, and happy hump day! I realized recently that I rely on several must have items to bring a little more order and efficiency to my daily routine. Most of my every day must haves are very inexpensive, too! Without further ado, below is a list of seemingly innocuous items that truly enhance my quality of life on an everyday basis! I hope that my list of daily essentials gives you some new and fresh ideas for your own routine enhancing needs. Enjoy!

7 Daily Essentials for Anyone | Satisfaction Through Christ | If you have a daily routine, it's bound to include a few essentials! We're sharing 7 Daily (but random) Essentials for Anyone! What are yours?

7 Daily Essentials:

1.  Olive leaf extract:

As a person who grew up with Crohn’s Disease, an autoimmune disorder, I had several yeast infections every calendar year. Back in 2010, a friend and massage therapist recommended that I try olive leaf extract with 18% oleuropein in order to strengthen my immune system. I have not had a single yeast infection since beginning a daily dose of olive leaf extract 5 years ago!  Caveat: the olive tree and its leaves are mentioned a few times in the Bible. Click here and here for more interesting information on this beneficial herb.

2.  Dirty/Clean magnet:

I first found my dirty/clean magnet over 10 years ago.  People seemed intrigued when they would come over and see this magnet on my dishwasher. It seems really simple but it’s super helpful when you have a roommate or a spouse who may be helping with daily dish washing duties!

3.  Tongue scraper:

I just bought one of these for the first time several months ago. I noticed an immediate difference after using it the very first time. It’s inexpensive and is definitely more hygienic than brushing your tongue, which really only moves bacteria around in your mouth. Ew! Join with me to fight halitosis one tongue scraper at a time!

4.  Lip exfoliator:

Using this product while in the shower is a time-saver and helps to keep my lips free of dry, chapped skin. It tastes good, too!

5.  Jumprope:

I use a 6 ft. rope daily to help me stretch! After attending 8 weeks of physical therapy for degenerative disc disease in my lower back 10 years ago, I learned that I can use this rope-stretching technique while lying down in order to stretch my hamstrings fuss free!

6.  Contour pillow:

In 2007, I began having minor neck trouble. I decided to go to a store in my local mall and purchase and try one of their contour pillows. Back then it cost me $90.00 which may seem steep, but my neck pain immediately diminished, and I’m still using the same pillow 8 years later!

7.  Lemon squeezer:

I love using lemon on/in just about anything on a daily basis. I enjoy seasoning fish and chicken with lemon, as well as various vegetables. If nothing else, I use it in my water for added benefits and flavor!  Using a lemon squeezer ensures that you won’t accidentally swallow any seeds!  It also provides maximum juice extraction.

I hope you learned a tip or two from reading my list of daily essentials. I would love to know some of your efficiency enhancers! So tell me…

What are your must haves for a smoother and more enjoyable daily routine?
