You Are My Sunshine


I recently quit my full time job as an office manager in a local chiropractic office. After 17 1/2 years, I decided to try online selling. I’ve always been busy creating something for the home and gifts, especially if it has to do with wood. This works well for me since my husband of almost 35 years 🙂 is by my side because he is a custom cabinet builder. We live on a small acreage in rural Nebraska & I don’t have far to go to my workshop. 

I have two grown children who are married and I am a grandmother to two adorable boys.

Personalized Family Name Sign


I have always believed in God, but wasn’t really in a relationship with Him until about 10 years ago. I attended my first Women of Faith conference and something happened deep inside of me. And as a result, while sitting there with about 15,000 other women, I prayed the sinners prayer and my walk with the Lord took off! I have a completely different view of God, myself and the world. I realize even though life is very hard at times, I have joy and peace in knowing that this is not all there is and someday I will be going to a place where there is no more sorrow and no more pain. I’ve come to know that Grace is so simple and there is nothing I can do to earn it…..it is freely given. That’s so amazing to me!
