You all know my heart for adoption and I’m always excited to meet new adoptive families, so I was really excited when Abby from 4 One More contacted me about advertising on the blog! I offered up my main spot and it’s been a great month promoting her shop and seeing sales come in to help fund their adoption! Today, I’d love to formally introduce you to Abby and her shop and offer a little giveaway, too!
Hello there! So glad to have the opportunity to share a little bit of the story that God is writing for our family.
My husband & I have been blessed with four lively boys, who range in age from 5 up to 10. But once God opened our eyes to the needs of the fatherless and placed adoption on our hearts, there was no looking back. Now our family is thrilled to be Making Room 4 One More in our home through international adoption!
We have seen God’s hand directing our steps all through this journey. We originally started the process for a Russian adoption. But we all know that as of January 1st of this year, that country has closed its doors to international adoptions. God graciously directed us away from that road several months before the country closed. And He opened the doors to adopt our daughter from Ethiopia. Our dossier is in Ethiopia now and we are at the indefinite waiting stage. But in the meantime…
…the fun of creating and the passion of adoption just kind of collided and my etsy shop, 4 one more, was born. Every purchase from my shop goes toward adoption expenses and helps remove the financial barrier of bringing our little girl home to her forever family!
We are so happy to be Making Room 4 One More and invite you to follow our story at on our blog and shop our Etsy store!
Thanks for sharing your shop and your heart for adoption with us, Abby!

Although I like the painted bowls best, the chalkboard spoons are the most wonderfully strange things I’ve seen in a long time. I’d never have thought of something like that.
