On the Farm: Cocka Doodle Doo the Right Thing {Review & #Giveaway}

June 11, 2013 by Christie 6 Comments

Back in April, Tommy Nelson sent me a copy of On the Farm: Cocka Doodle Doo the Right Thing to review and keep!  Today, I get to share it with you and offer you a copy to win!

When Farmer Bob announces a special guest is coming for dinner and leaves the farm for the day, all of the animals are excited to prepare the farm…except for Hercules.  Hercules, the farm’s resident Rooster, thinks he’s too important to clean up in preparation for the farm’s special dinner guest.  In return, he fails to treat his friends and the farm with respect.  In the end, Hercules and a few of his farm friends learn the meaning of R-E-S-P-E-C-T and “treating others the way we want to be treated”.
Here’s what Tommy Nelson has to say about this cute DVD:

    Our neighbor is a single mom of 4 girls…she’s a busy lady! My daughter picks her flowers quite often and leaves them on her doorstep, and around Christmas she made a birdhouse at school and wanted to give it to our neighbor. I love that she follows what God is laying on her heart to reach out to our neighbor.

    My youngest, who is 3, is extremely empathetic. She routinely gives her siblings hugs of encouragement. (Her siblings are 12, 14, 15, 18, 21 & 21)

    My girls have big hearts. They have been known to give up what they would like to make others happy. Thank you for the giveaway. It looks like a great DVD to help kid’s learn love and respect. Thanks Danalee at dannogrl3@gmail.com
