Blogger Day of Silence for Sandy Hook

December 18, 2012 by Christie 3 Comments

As I’m sure all of you are, I’ve been deeply impacted by the events in Connecticut this past week.  My heart is grieving for the families and for our world; a world that so desperately needs Jesus.
So, this will be my only post today as we remember those who are hurting.
I encourage you to come back next Tuesday when I’ll be unveiling a brand new Tuesday link-up entitled Tuesday’s Prayers.
My friend, Trinity of Ramsay Grace emailed me this weekend with a heavy heart in regards to the events of last week.  After much talk and prayer, we’ve decided to start this new link up as a way for others to leave their prayer requests at the foot of the cross.  We’re committing to pray for every prayer request that comes in; petitioning the Lord on your behalf.  Until then, may we all find peace and comfort in the One who came to make all things brand new…
