I’ve had such a great time getting to know and promote my blog sponsors this month! I hope that you’ve had a chance to stop by each of their stores and look around!
I’d love to introduce you to Kaylen of That Banana Stand Crafts today and I pray that her testimony will be an encouragement to you!
That Banana Stand Crafts was started with the goal of making a little extra cash for my college expenses. Little did I know that it would turn into a real passion!
As a Christian, I believe that since we are designed in the ultimate creator’s image we are also creators. By finding a passion in crafts I have been able to create art that includes a message of hope and faith.
I grew up in a loving Christian home, but at the age of six I was faced with my first battle: self image. I was picked on constantly for years about how I looked and dressed, and deep within the attacks took their toll. Several years later, with many sunken scars, I surrendered the image I had of myself in the world’s eyes and traded it for what God created in me!
And don’t forget to enter our current giveaway with A Crafters Dream!
