Famine in Africa {What We Can Do}

August 11, 2011 by Christie 1 Comment

For some reason Africa has been on my mind for the past few months, almost on a daily basis. The thought of missions, the people, the children. Africa has been on my mind so often lately that I’ve even asked the Lord what He’s trying to tell me!

I haven’t mentioned anything to anyone, not even Q…but all I can do is take a step forward in obedience, doing all that I know to do at the moment. Praying, along the way, that the Lord will lead me where He wants me.

So, today I donated to the famine in Africa through World Vision. It wasn’t much, but every little bit counts, I’m sure. And, like I’ve heard before; will the Lord ever ask you why you gave too much?
