Q and I had our physicals done yesterday…pretty uneventful and painless! We have to go back at noon today to have our TB tests placed and back on Monday to have them read. We also set up our fire inspection for Tuesday and contacted our references (we need 4) and provided them with the reference forms.
So, this weekend will consist of buying a fire extinguisher, checking the smoke detectors, etc. in preparation for Tuesday.
Continue to pray for God’s guidance and wisdom during this “paper chase” time in the adoption process. Praying that He would continue to prepare our hearts, minds, and home for the little one that He is preparing for us!
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

You are zooming through that checklist!! Feels good, doesn’t it? :o)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment!
I see you’re adopting and working with CHS. We used them with our first adoption and have only the best things to say about them. They are very professional, return phone calls and emails, are up front, and I could go on and on about the way they run their care center and love and care for the children there. The life book and video they provide are absolutely priceless!
Hope you love them as much as we did:)
Blessings as you pursue your child,
Laura
Are you adopting through foster care or does you state require a fire inspection?
