This has been one of those weeks!! God, I only have 24 hours in a day!!!?
I’ve been so busy! I’ve been babysitting in the afternoons until 6, taking the kids with me to our Vacation Bible School, which ends at 8:30. By the time we talk to everyone and get cleaned up, we aren’t out of the church until 9:20…home by 9:30 and having to eat dinner….ugh!
Plus cramming in time to complete Q’s family profile, find time to clean a little each morning…9:30am on Friday is fast approaching! I remember at the end of May when our social worker said our next meeting would be June 25, I thought that was long off…boy has it crept up on me!
So, I guess I say all of this to say, please pray for my sanity the rest of this week. We have to finish Q’s profile tonight so that we can make copies of all of our paperwork tomorrow, we also have tonight and tomorrow night for VBS, and I’ve got an eye doctor appointment tomorrow morning, which takes up my cleaning time…ahhh!
Anyway, thanks for all of your encouragement on the handmade card idea. I’m thinking I will probably try to do it, but not until August. July is insanely busy for us!
Be praying, specifically 9:30am Friday….your prayers are heard and much appreciated!!
****UPDATE****
Well, I spoke too soon! After writing this post I went over to check my email and found a message from our social worker…having to reschedule our meeting because of a conflict…lovely! Kind of frustrated with that but Q just informed me that I’m being anxious and rushing things. So, off I go to pray!
We have rescheduled the meeting for next Friday at 9:30am…on the bright side, more time to prepare 🙂

Ugh, sorry about the delays. So glad you have more time to prepare though. Think of how very together you will look when she does finally come. :o)
