I have no title because I’m not sure where to begin!
I came home on Saturday afternoon and spent the afternoon with Q and catching up on the few days that we missed with each other. Sunday was spent with our church family and I never could I have imagined what Monday would bring…
At 1:30am I received a phone call that my mom was rushing my dad to the emergency room. He was having trouble breathing, which meant heart problems in the past. My sister and I arrived at the hospital around 2am. They admitted him and said that his cardiac enzymes were elevated.
My sister and I decided to go home around 4:30am and were called back around 10am. His enzymes were even higher and they were going to do a heart cath. The heart cath. revealed that the stints that had been put in 4 months ago had already clogged….2 arteries were 90% blocked and one was 100% blocked…so, it looks like our only option is a triple bypass procedure this Monday.
I am confident that this procedure will go fine…because I am confident in the God I serve.
Please be in prayer for our family. That we would have complete trust in our Lord and that my dad would have peace about this ordeal. It will be a long road of recovery….
There are other things going on but I will leave this post to prayers for my dad…

I’ve been praying that everything went good for your dad. Please keep us updated.
I saw your post on our blog, Family of Six, and dropped in to say hi and chat about adoption. However, reading your post, my dropping in seems to have found a different purpose.
Your dad, and your family are in my thoughts. Crystal
