I received a copy of 12 Little Blessings for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
“One, two, free, five, six, sefen, eight, nine, sefen.“
Oh, how I love to hear Moriah count! This age is so fun (and hard!) and I love these special moments with her, especially those moments when she “gets” something.
Like that time we drove past a home with a cross in the front yard. “Cross, Mommy, cross!” “Yeah! Who died on that cross?“, I said.
“Jesus did!“
My heart!
To know that she hears what we’re teaching her and praying that her little heart is being impacted by it – I can’t think of a better blessing!
So when I had the opportunity to review Really Woolly 12 Little Blessings, I knew we’d both enjoy the time together.
Her counting. Me praying!
12 Little Blessings is the perfect first devotional. Starting at 12 little ones can count their blessings all while learning their numbers. The devotionals are poetic short paragraphs that keep them engaged. Starting with a memory verse and ending with a prayer, 12 Little Blessings is a great way to start your babies on the road to daily devotionals.
Here’s what Tommy Nelson has to say about this great resource:
Really Woolly®: 12 Little Blessings
*ages 3-7*Perfect way to teach your children about different ways that God blesses them*Lyrical, rhyming text counts down from twelve blessings to one, reminding little ones that Giod sends blessings because He loves them*Each blessing is paired with a scripture and a prayer
