This Easter I went to my sister’s house and she had most of the family there for lunch. We do an egg hunt for my 2 neices and my cousins son.My 9 yr old read scripture from the bible before lunch.I love seeing children who love Jesus so much.We all watched the bible and loved it.God is so good.I’m cancer free almost 1 yr and my sister almost 9 yrs.We both had stage 2 hodgkins lymphoma and we give all the glory to God that we’re both cancer free.We both have problems from the chemo but God gives us strength to get through everyday.
I thank God that I found your blog.I usually just follow blogs for entering giveaways.I find myself reading about your adoption process.I’m glad God is providing for your family.

My son flew in from South Carolina. We drove to my daughter’s to pick him up and before we drove home our whole family was able to attend my daughter’s church on Saturday night. First time we have all worshipped together in many years. What a blessing. Then on Easter we attended our own church back in our home town.

We had Easter baskets for the kids followed by omelettes and waffles. Afterwards we went to church, came home and made resurrection rolls. The kids then took a nap while I cooked. When all was ready, we took the food over to the in-laws for a family dinner and egg-hunt.
