I met with the Lord in a giveaway last week!
You heard that right! I entered a giveaway for a Starbucks gift card, among other things, and met with the Lord!
Honestly, I’d forgotten that I even entered when sweet Aimee sent me a little tweet letting me know I’d won! I emailed her my address and somehow we got to talking about one of her sites, Fancy Little Things.
Aimee began to tell me how excited and overwhelmed she was with their new launch on December 1! And very quickly I found myself saying, “Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help!”
She emailed me back and said, “We’re looking for a social media administrator (or a home decor admin)!”
After I laughed at the thought of being the home decor admin, I emailed her back and said, “I’d love to help you with your social media.”
You see, that is where the Lord met with me. All of the praying I’d done over the last few months about where He wanted this blogging deal to go, came full circle. I’d been praying and praying about how He could use me to impact other women with His truth and love. I knew that He had some great things in store for Fancy Little Things and he used a giveaway to bring it all together.
In the span of a week the Lord has placed me into a community of women who love Jesus and other women and I’m proud to say, “I’m the new (behind-the-scenes) girl!”
And, I want you to join us!
If you’re a woman, like me, who’s looking for a community of Godly women to connect with, look no further! On December 1, Fancy Little Things is rolling out some major community love!

We never know where we are going to meet with Jesus. I mean doesn’t the whole New Testament attest to this? We forget sometimes that we don’t always meet with Jesus at the expected places but along the road of life. It’s great to meet you! Looking forward to doing FLT together!
