I’m supposed to be cleaning but blogging sounds more fun right now!
No, I thought I would update you all while it was fresh on my mind and ask for prayers at the same time!
Last night I had an epiphany…”Why don’t we go ahead and have our home study done through DSS or the Children’s Home Society and see where God leads us?”
So, I posed the question to Q this morning (via text message) and he said, “We’ll talk about it.”
Well, me being a woman, I went ahead and called CHS and left a message with a social worker…
Why put God in a box…He can do all things right?
Well, I say all that to say, please pray for us about this. Pray that God would lead us and that we would submit to His will, not our own!

Just remember to include Q in your decisions & make them together…adoption’s stressful enough! 🙂 And also remember that in some states adoption home studies must be recent by 6 months of matching with a birthmom. Are you doing NC adoption only?
