Well, it’s about 12:30PM and we’ve been waiting around since about 10AM. The nurse came out around 11:30 and said that they had just started…so, we’ve reallly only been waiting for an hour…sigh!
I had my little break down last night as I was riding home from spending the afternoon at the hospital. I’d pretty much kept things together until I started thinking of all of the possibilities. I cried and cried…thinking about all of the “What if’s?” But, God calmed my heart and I woke up this morning, confident that God is in control…
Yesterday the topic of, “Why God doesn’t do miracles today like he did 3,000 years ago” came up. And the answer was, we live in an age of unbelief…wow!
We don’t believe that Christ can do ALL things and that he is able to do whatever he wants!!! Can you imagine what this world would be like if we weren’t so wretched…what God could do if we just believed?!
Well, I know that God can do ALL things but I also know that He will not show His healing power in the way that He did because we live in a world that is completely fallen and full of unbelief.
But, today I believe, completely, that God is going to heal my father. I believe that my father is in the hands of God at this moment and I know that God is glorified in ALL things….
